ANZAC biscut recipe

1C of flour
1C of oats
1C of brown sugar 
½ C of coconut
125g of butter
2T of golden syrup
1T of H20
½ t of bicarb soda

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.
  2. Melt butter maple syrup + H20
  3. Add bicarb to dry mix
  4. Add liquid to dry ingredients, mix together. 
  5. Shape mix into small balls + press down w/ fist. (on baking tray w/ baking paper)
  6. Bake at 175०c for 15-20 mins.
  7. Take out of the oven and let cool, then put on a wire rack, to air out.
